If you are in LA i'm sure you saw it on the news. I guess the cops roughed up some people, I really have to question how much of this was just drama. I mean come on, TV cameras, video cameras, all over the place, I doubt they just would say lets start beating on people.
Second, if these people want more rights in America, they fight to get over here, some people die crossing the border, why the hell are they waving the Mexican flag around.
I have no problem if they come over, legally, but respect this country, a lot of mexicans seem to want to live here and have the benefits of the US, but then spit on the flag and show no respect. And this is not all mexicans, in fact most mexicans who do it the right way, can't stand these types of mexicans.

It was actually yesterday, but the story broke today. There's some video clips that are going to haunt the LAPD.

Honestly instead of being in riot gear, the cops should have just been checking everyones green card.

You know how biased the media is.

Well, considering that they have video of a Telemundo reporter being beat to the ground & then his camera is knocked\rolled about 6 feet across the ground, I wonder why...lol.

There are a few cops facing suspensions-watch.

"I'm sore and I'm sore about what happened. It was like open season—take a whack, have at it." Carl Stein, a KCAL-TV cameraman who was thrown to the ground.

"Finally at one point, we weren't moving fast enough I guess, some cop takes a club and jabs Carl hard in the ribs with it. He goes flying in one direction, the camera goes the other—it bounces on the lawn. As he's trying to get up, I go over to the camera to try and pick it up and I've got it in my one hand and as I'm starting to get up the cop hits me in the back and I go down nose first in the grass. About this time I get up and ask who's in charge of the operation here and nobody's talking." KCAL-TV reporter Mark Coogan.

"Fox Television Stations is concerned by the actions of the Los Angeles Police Department during yesterday's demonstration in MacArthur Park. While trying to cover the events, KTTV-FOX 11 reporter Christina Gonzales and camera person Patti Ballaz suffered serious injuries as a result of actions by the LAPD." Jack Abernethy, chief executive officer of Fox Television Stations.

"There is evidence that officers knocked reporters to the ground, used batons on photographers and damaged cameras, possibly motivated by anger over journalists photographing efforts by officers to control the movements of marchers." Statement from the Radio and Television News Association.

We all know how pushy reporters can be to get their story. The police had to of been provoked off camera. I'm not saying it wasn't possible that it wasn't, but the police had to know they were being recorded.

And being provoked by a hostile crowd has what to do with reporters taping fellow reporters being abused by the cops for recording the event in a public park?

Jesus Christ, they were clubbing women who were standing around looking like they didn't even know WTF they were supposed to do!!!!

They were supposed to be getting the f out of the way is what they were supposed to be doing...

The media is doing anything they can to get a story...

A cop jammin a club in their ribs or pushing a loudmouth woman reportress down is nothing compared to the abuse these guys suffer.

These reporters should have been smart enough to know when to turn their fn cameras off and go back to the coffee shop.

If the mexicans don't like the way they are being treated they should go back to mexico.

They should be treated in the same manner that Mexico treats their illegal immigrants from Central America. What's fair is fair, right?

:aktion033 :aktion033 FUCK YES! America should place a banner around its borders and write, "Dont like it? GET THE FUCK OUT."

I would like to say one more thing before I finish this post, I shouldn't have to press 1 for ENGLISH...

actually my landscaping company prefers that the migrant workers stay on the job at 40 bucks a day. I just reminded these guys this week not to get to bold and dont develop any foolish pride. on sunday mornings they come to my house and they call home for free using my phone. Just for mind control I ask them to take out the trash and stuff like that on their way out.

migrant, migrant, migrant, migrant, mygrant, my grant, my grant, my grant , my grant .. yup its my grant and i luv it

If the U.S. don't stop the Mexican from come in, soon or later, it's going to be United States of Mexico.
